Refunds

If the book is not right for your family, you can ask for your money back within 30 days of purchase. Email us from the contact page with the address you used at checkout.

Refunds are issued in the Polar dashboard. LarkTales does not keep a separate admin tool for refunds, and there is no subscription to cancel.

A refund covers the storybook, the optional 3-book bundle, or the holiday edition you bought. Digital files may remain accessible until we process the deletion you request.
